How Balanceable Cash Counter handles your cash counts, saved preferences and contact messages.
Your cash count
Your coin, note and coin-roll quantities, currency, float, options, tax settings and business details are saved in this browser on this device. This includes the previous count you can choose to reload. Totals are calculated here; your saved count and business details are not sent to Balanceable’s servers. Closing the page keeps them for next time.
Start new count clears denomination quantities while keeping your currency, options, float amount and business details. Clear saved data removes your saved counts, business details and other preferences, while keeping your selected currency. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings also removes that currency preference.
CSV and PDF files are created in your browser and downloaded to your device. The email option opens a summary in your own email app; you choose whether to send it. Your email provider and recipient handle any email you send.
Downloaded files must be deleted separately; clearing saved data does not remove them. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view your saved details, so clear them when using a shared device.
When you contact us
Using Cash Counter does not send your entries to us. If you send a message through the Contact form, your name, email address and message go through Web3Forms to Balanceable so we can respond. Contact messages are separate from the details saved in the tool.
Please do not include private invoice or financial details unless needed for your enquiry. You can read the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for information about its processing of contact messages.
Website requests
Opening these pages requires normal web requests. The hosting service may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Fonts, icons and some PDF libraries come from third-party providers, which may receive similar request information under their own policies. We do not include your tool entries in those requests.
We do not use your tool entries to profile you, and we do not sell them.
Balanceable bookkeeping services
If you separately enquire about or engage Balanceable for bookkeeping services, we may collect the personal and business information needed to respond, onboard you and provide those services, with your authorisation where required. That information is handled under our Services Privacy Policy. Using Cash Counter does not enrol you in those services.
